Palm Treo 755P; Saving and Loading Ringtones

Downloading:
Open the link in the "Your Custom Ringtone" message. You will be given a choice of saving to the Device or Memory Card. Choose Device and then choose Download. The next screen will show the file name of the ringtone and give you the option of Save or Save and Open. Choose Save and Open. After the file downloads, you will be asked to accept the "Ringtone Name" into the Voice Memo. Choose Yes.

Saving:
The Voice Memo application will open and show the ringtone on your phone. in the Voice Memo application, click on the drop down menu in the upper left part of the screen. From the menu, choose Voice Memo. Then, choose Copy to Ringtone. You should see a confirmation message that reads, "A Ringtone Has Been Created." Choose OK.

Setting:
To set the ringtone as your default, go back to the Main Screen and choose Sounds. In Sounds and Alerts, choose Application and ensure that Ringtones has been selected. Then go back to Sounds and Alerts and choose Known Caller. Choose your new ringtone from the menu. Then, go to Unknown Caller and select the ringtone.
